Q1: How soon will my order be shipped?
A1: We have local warehouses in Ghana. Orders will be shipped within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Shipping may be delayed during holidays, peak seasons or due to force majeure.
Q2: What payment method do you support?
A2: We only supportCOD (Cash On Delivery) for all Ghana orders. No online prepayment is required.
Q3: Which areas are available for delivery?
A3: We only deliver tomajor cities in Ghana. Rural and remote areas are not available.
Q4: How to apply for returns and refunds?
A4: Returns are only available for factory defective products or wrongly shipped items within 7 days after delivery.No free returns for personal reasons. Please contact customer service and provide your order ID, customer name, phone number, problem description, and related product photos or videos for verification.
Q5: Are all orders returnable?
A5: Personal dissatisfaction does not support returns. Only defective products or wrong items with complete packaging and accessories within 7 days are eligible for return. Used, damaged, incomplete and expired items are non-returnable.
Q6: How long does COD refund take?
A6: After receiving and inspecting returned items, we will process refunds within5–10 working days. Both offline cash refund and online bank transfer refund are available for customers’ convenience.

Q8: When will I get a reply?
A8: We reply to all inquiries within 1–2 working days. Responses may be slightly delayed on holidays and peak seasons.
Q9: Do products have color difference?
A9: Slight color difference may exist due to light and display screens. All products are subject to the actual item.
