This shipping policy applies to all Senfor orders in Ghana. We have local warehouses in Ghana with in-stock products. All orders adopt the COD (Cash On Delivery) payment method.
Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after placement. Shipping may be delayed during holidays, peak logistics seasons or due to force majeure.
Delivery Time
Products are delivered locally to major Ghana cities. Urban areas take 2-4 working days. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, road conditions and peak seasons.
Shipping Fee
We offer regular free shipping promotions for all Ghana orders. Standard shipping fee is displayed on the checkout page with no hidden charges.
Logistics Exception
In case of out-of-stock, logistics delay, delivery failure or package damage, our customer service will contact customers promptly to provide solutions such as reshipment and after-sales support.
