Returns & Refund Policy (Ghana COD Order)

This policy applies to all Senfor COD orders in Ghana. Customers have a 7-day inspection period after delivery. All returned items must be unused, undamaged with original packaging, accessories and manuals complete.

Eligible Returns

1. Factory defective items & functional failure;
2. Wrong item shipped or missing accessories;
3. Intact products within 7 days for personal reasons.

Non-Returnable Conditions

1. Over 7-day inspection period;
2. Used, damaged, modified, disassembled or water-damaged products;
3. Incomplete packaging or accessories;
4. Damage caused by improper operation or unstable voltage;
5. Clearance and customized goods are non-returnable.

Shipping Fee Rule

Defective or wrong item returns: seller covers return shipping fee. Personal reason returns: buyer bears shipping cost.

COD Refund Process

For all cash-on-delivery orders, we will process offline cash refund within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting returned goods.
